Room booking & reservations

Please submit your booking or reservation request via the form below, stating your arrival and departure dates, number of guests (minimum one, maximum four) and rooms (one or two). Also please let us know if you are travelling with a pet, require bike storage, have any dietary requirements or allergies we should be aware of, or would like to arrange a station pick-up. It is also useful to know where you are travelling from and your onward destination.

Check-in is between 16.00 and 19.00 and check-out up to 11.00 on your day of departure. For times outside of these please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

We usually require a deposit with all reservations ranging from 25-100% depending on how far in advance you are booking (for bookings within 48 hours of arrival we will ask for full pre-payment). If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if we are able to secure an alternative booking for your dates, or a partial refund will be given if not depending on your notice period.

We aim to reply to all enquiries the same day if messages are sent before 20.00.
